My son is sleeping at home. I took this photo just after the date changed to January 1, his first new year's day. He will be one year old on 16 this month.

Four photos on Jan. 9. I don't like to use a flash unit in shooting photos, but Mitaro, my son, is to restless and his photos are almost lways blurred unless a flash unit is used.










On Jan. 13.




Behind the counter of my store on Jan. 15. The cat Ho, too, is taking a nap on his favorite thick mattress.




On January 16, his first birthday. He will soon begin to walk by himself. Actually he walked, though just two steps, on 30 this month, when he was staying with my wifes' parents. My wife and my father-in-law saw him take his first steps. I wish I had been there and witnessed the event with them!
